About

  • WHAT WOULD YOU BRING
As the new MuchMusic VJ, what would you bring to much?I would bring my awesome, outgoing personality, along with my unique, loafter fashion sense. I would become an idol and role model for generations alike, young to old, all across our good nation. As noted in the previous sentence, I would also bring my wonderful sense of humour! I would also like to add that I would bring my own personal sense of musical talent and opinions on the latest and the greatest.
  • DESCRIBE YOU
How would your friends describe you?My friends would most likely describe me as a little bit crazy, outgoing, fun, and at times slightly odd.
  • IF YOU COULD INTERVIEW ANYONE
If you could interview anyone, who would it be and what would you ask them?I would 100% interview Taylor Swift. She is one of my favourite musical idols and I would ask her what it is like to travel around the world and sing for millions of fans. I might perhaps also slip in a question or two about her love life, in a subtle yet informative manner. And of course, who doesn't want to know how she keeps her hair that awesome?
  • CHANGED YOUR LIFE
Tell us about a song, artist or album that changed your life.I would have to say that the song that changed my life was Skyscraper by Demi Lavoto. My best friend/roommate and I were going through a tough time during exams and were feeling very down and stressed about life. Skyscraper was our go to song when we wanted to let loose and sing at the top of our lungs and release the stress of school.
  • TRENDS
What are some big trends or issues affecting youth in Canada.I would say one of the biggest trends of youth is attending post secondary school. There is a lot of pressure on young people now a days to continue their education past high school. It seems that a lot of the focus is on getting good grades and a high paying job and less focus on whether or not the students are really learning to think and whether or not they are actually enjoying what they do.
  • MUSIC EXPERIENCE STORY
What is your best music experience story? One of my best musical experiences is blasting the music on our house and singing and dancing like crazy people with my friend the night before a final exam. I'm pretty sure the neighbours could hear us belting out those lyrics.
