Lara Johnston started performing at an early age, touring each summer with her father, Doobie Brothers' singer Tom Johnston. Her first public performance came when she was two, singing the band's hit "Listen to the Music" in front of a jampacked crowd. She was hooked.
After studying classical ballet for many years, Lara returned to her first love: music. In 2006, she won first place at the Unsigned Artist World Showcase for her performance of "Chain of Fools" and was a featured performer at the B.R. Cohn Charity Events Fall Music Festival with the Doobie Brothers and Willie Nelson. Lara has also performed with Michael McDonald and the St. Louis Choir.
Now Lara Johnston's ready to take her talent to the next level. It's time for her to Rock the Cradle!
