    Elise Estrada's Bio

    Elise Estrada was born on July 30, 1987 in Marikina City, Philippines but was raised in British Columbia, Canada. She always knew she wanted to be a star and has made a name for herself as one of the only Asian-Canadian superstars out there.

    In 2006 she spent three months in Asia on "Pinoy Pop Superstar", a Philippines television singing talent show where she was a finalist, but the winner for Canada. After the show she toured and sold out venues and CDs across Asia.

    With her success in Asia she returned to Canada to help her family prepare for a move to Los Angeles. Elise and her sister landed starring roles on a Disney Television pilot based on their lives as singers, but the project was cancelled and the Estradas moved back to Canada.

    • She has been singing, modeling, and performing since she was 4-years-old.
    • She was a beauty pageant winner and won "Miss Vancouver Princess" in 2004.
    • She was a cover girl on the Asian magazine Star Files.
    • She is the oldest of four siblings.
    • She has reached an audience of more than 415 million.

    Music Accomplishments:
    March 2007: She won "The Beat 94.5 Music Awards" competition in Vancouver and got a recording and management deal with RockSTAR Music Corp.

    June 2007: She entered the spotlight with her first single "Insatiable." It earned rave reviews and introduced her as a dynamite Canadian performer.

    September 16, 2008: She released her self-titled debut album Elise Estrada after spending months in the studio recording with big-time producers.

    March 2009: She won Best New Artist of Group (Rhythmic/R&B/Urban/Dance), The CHUM Emerging Artist Award, a FACTOR Emerging Artist Award, and a BDS 20,000 Spins Award for "UnLove You". She was also nominated for Best R&B/Soul Album of the Year at the Juno Awards.

    This singer, songwriter, and performer has found success internationally because of her fresh-upbeat style. With a platform for change she is well on her way to encouraging hopefuls to follow in her footsteps.

Hosted by MMVAs and Juno nominated singer Elise Estrada, MuchOriginal series LOVE COURT is a Much-ified version of the dating game. In each episode, a hot young couple goes on a blind date where each are given a challenge they must complete, whether it's getting that first kiss, or getting the girl to pick up the tab. But there's a twist: the challenge must be kept a secret from their date. One dater will be sentenced to life in the prison of shame by comedian judges Dini Dimakos, Eddie Della Siepe, Andrew Johnston, and Darrin Rose, while the other walks away with a cash prize.
