This week it looks like Spring has finally hit the coasts! Out west Lauren take’s to the street’s on wheels to check out a massive flash mob pillow fight in downtown Vancouver. See if she’s got the right moves to be a champion fighter! She’ll also ride around town with one of Vancouver’s most famous street artists, The Dark, to talk about pasting, postering and his latest project.

In Halifax Paul gets a once in a lifetime chance to talk to one of the originator of hip hop and rap, Grandmaster Flash! He also hangs out with rockstar photographer Chris Smith who’s worked with people like, Motley Crue, Wintersleep and Joel Plaskett. So Paul better work on his best ‘blue steel’!

And don’t miss the hilarious encounter between Nardwuar and Flavor Flav! Maybe, just maybe, Flav will break out into a tambourine freestyle rap… just sayin’.
