Congratulations are in order for two of the greatest shows on TV – Pretty Little Liars and Degrassi! The two MuchMusic programs are nominated for Outstanding Drama Series in the 23rd Annual GLAAD Media Awards. Shameless, Grey’s Anatomy and Torchwood are also nominated in the same category.

This nomination is Degrassi’s fourth after being nominated in 2004, 2008 and 2010. This is the second year in a row that Pretty Little Liars has been nominated in the category. The GLAAD Media Awards celebrate the most outstanding images of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community in the media.

A huge thumbs up to both amazing and groundbreaking programs.
