Kid Cudi – “Just What I Am ft. King Chip” (stream)

Kid Cudi‘s forthcoming Indicud has no release date, but we have an early peek at what is to come. He’s hinted that this record is going to be influenced by Dre’s The Chronic. That isn’t entirely unexpected, considering Cudi’s penchant for cuts about kush. Thematically, “Just What I Am” follows suit. For now, it sounds like the Kid is just picking up where he left off; which was always great, and maybe we’ll get another “Day and Night” or “Pursuit Of Happiness.” Though, this track is not it.
