My DHS Spartans deserves a visit from MuchMusic and a MuchVideoDance because we have the most school spirit. Every time our sports teams compete you can't even hear cheers for any of our competitors. Recently, at the mascot showdown we won the spirit award for being the loudest even though we only had 40 students from our school there and other schools had twice as many. Not only are we school spirited but we excel academically and have many clubs and extra curriculars such as Eco club, multicultural club, Human Rights committee and prom committee that are student run committees of people that want to help other students feel included and heard. Where I'm from we don't have any clubs for under aged people where we can all get together and have fun dancing and listening to good music, the only times we have the opportunity for that is at semi formal and prom. I've been trying since November to organize a dance but its so hard to find the funding,venue, DJ and security for he even so I believe we DESERVE this
