Brassy were formed when friends Muffin Spencer, Stefan Gordon and Jonny Barrington decided that nowhere in modern music could they find as thrilling a mixture of aggressive guitars and catchy beats as the ones they heard in their heads. The band was completed with the addition of Karen Frost, when they discovered her ability to play bass, shout and chew gum all at the same time - marking her out as an obvious Brassy member.
