- The MuchMusic Prepaid MasterCard® lets you to do more for less.
- You pay a small upfront membership activation fee of $34.95 plus applicable taxes and your $5 initial load. The $5 initial load you pay will be loaded as your starting balance (you'll see it on there when you activate your card).
- Your membership fee includes 10 free music downloads. Check out free music downloads.
- You don't have to pay any fees when buying stuff in stores or online and we don't charge a monthly fee for the Card - that's all included in your membership and makes it a great deal.
- Other Prepaid Cards on the market will often charge you a monthly fee in addition to a purchase fee every time that you use the Card - we think that's unfair so we don't.
- We do charge a small amount to load your card and in some special situations - like when you travel or take cash out of an ATM. Check the Terms and Conditions Agreement for a full list of fees.
- Your Card is valid for two years. On the first day of year two, we subtract $9.95 from your Card balance to cover your membership for the second year - making year two an even better deal.
- If you don't have the cash on your balance at that time we'll get it from you when you do.
- After two years you have to get a new Card and we'll send you an e-mail on how to do that.
- You can track your transactions and balance online for free (go to Account Login). You can also call 1-866-416-MUCH (6824) to check your balance by telephone. There will be a small charge of $0.35 for automated service and $1.95 for a live customer service agent.
