  • Arcade Fire - they were completely connected with the audience. They went into the crowd and continued their set in the foyer banging on pipes, amazing!

  • Death From Above 1979 & Broken Social Scene. Most recently, The New Pornographers.

  • To find a career that allows me to continue my passion for music and the arts while allowing me to live comfortably. Doing something that is consistently challenging me and wanting me to learn more.

  • Blondie, Joy Division and Karen O from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

  • 50 CENT: How do you feel about being a role model to youth and having them listen to your music?
    AVRIL LAVIGNE: You started out your career as a sort of "angry" teen - do you still feel the same way today?
    THE KILLERS: Where did this beef between you and The Bravery come from?
    COLDPLAY: You've been called the next U2, how do you feel about being compared to them?
  • What social issues interest you?:
  • The future of our world's water supply. The USA's conflicts with other countries. Future trade relations, environmental issues. How would Canada cope if it were faced with a large disaster?
  • Who, in your opinion, are the most influential artists in music history?:
  • Elvis Presley - the maker of rock 'n roll, The Ramones - the first punk band, Blondie, Annie Lennox and Joy Division.
  • What does MuchMusic mean to you?:
  • It represents what today's young Canadians share an interest in - it's Canada's greatest outlet for artistic expression.
  • What are your favourite shows on Much?:
  • The New Music, The Wedge, Going Coastal, and Video on Trial (I love the comedians on there!).
