  • As an Iraqi/Jewish/Trini Montreal born young female I represent our next generation of diverse, educated, creative and visionary Canadians who love music, pop culture and a good party.

  • Founder / Creative Director LOTUS Urban dance Company, Retail Sales, Marketing Assistant, Production / Communications Assistant.
  • Describe your personality and style:
  • Personality - fundamentally peaceful, love life, love an adventure. Style - classy, clean cut, but always with a twist to keep it interesting.
  • What are your strengths?:
  • Strong leader and great team player - creative visionary - skilled decision maker and most of all I like to have FUN!
  • What was the best concert you've ever attended and why?:
  • K'Naan at Revival - his ability to connect with the crowd while incorporating traditional African sounds with popular hip-hip and communicate an important social and geographical message was amazing.
  • What are your two favourite CDs, and what's the most recent you've listened to?:
  • Most recent - Digable Planets "Reachin". Favourites are Lucy Pearl, Lauryn Hill Unplugged.
  • Name three books that have influenced you:
  • The Valkyries by Paulo Coelho, The E Myth by Michael Garbert, The Kite Runner by Khaled Hossein.
  • What magazines do you read?:
  • New, Eye Weekly, Rolling Stone. I just want to add that while magazines are a great resource for what's happening where, when, why, with who, and how...if we really want to understand what's going on with music, media, youth, and pop culture we have to open our eyes and ears and experience it for ourselves.
  • What are your goals?:
  • Fulfill my creative vision, build a strong family, work in media and entertainment at Much. I would also love to play an action hero in some high budget flashy film before the end of my days.

  • Lauryn Hill, John Legend, Adam Levine.

  • Much is Canada's pop culture outlet and as the music industry has evolved Much has evolved with it becoming Canada's connection to the dynamic and global music community.
