• What is a Podcast?
• A Podcast is an audio or video program (in the case of VJ Search, it's a video program) that is synchronized with your mobile device software (like iTunes) and automatically transferred to your mobile device (like an iPod) using the power of Feeds. Video programs can only be viewed on iPods and mobile media devices that support video.
• What does this icon ( ) mean?
• That's a Feed Icon - indicating that some or all of the content on the page is available as a Feed. You can subscribe to the VJ Search Feed in your Feed-aware media player software (like iTunes). Whenever there is new video content available, it will automatically be downloaded and transferred to your video-capable iPod or other video-capable mobile media device when you connect it to your computer.
• How do I automatically receive Podcasts and transfer them to my iPod?
• Copy the iTunes feed link above. Start iTunes. In the iTunes toolbar, choose Advanced > Subscribe To Podcast and paste the link in there!
• How do I automatically receive Podcasts and transfer them to my non-iPod mobile media player?
• If your mobile media player supports Podcast synchronization through Feeds simply subscribe to the Feed link above in your software.
• How do I know if my non-iPod mobile media device is compatible with Podcasts?
• Check the help associated with your player and its software to determine if it's compatible with podcasts or contact the manufacturer for more info.
