2011 MuchMusic Video Awards Media Accreditation Request

The 22nd Annual MuchMusic Video Awards puts as close as humanly possible to today's hottest chart-toppers and celebrities on Sunday, June 19, 2011. The event airs live from MuchMusic HQ in Toronto, Canada.

Please Note:

• You are strongly encouraged to submit a completed accreditation form as early as possible. The deadline to request media accreditation is Tuesday, May 31, 2011.
• Due to space constraints, not all accreditation requests can be fulfilled.
• One application must be completed for each pass requested (e.g. camera operators, photographers, producers, and/or reporters must each submit a separate application)
• We strive to respond to all accredited media requests within 14 business days of application.
• All accredited outlets are required to send us a copy of their 2011 MMVAs coverage by July 29, 2011. If you have not submitted 2010 MMVAs coverage, please do so immediately. You must submit your coverage in order to be considered for accreditation to the MMVAs.
