1992 Recap

And the winner of the best rap video was...Tom Green? Uh huh. His group Organized Rhyme picked up a trophy and then later, Tom sprayed whipped cream all up in his face during a performance. The 1992 CMVAs featured a stunning appearance by a then somewhat unknown Celine Dion who performed in the lobby, while Tom Cochrane and Bryan Adams celebrated their amazing years with rowdy sets. Let's hear it for "Life Is A Highway"! Hell yeah. Let's see, who else was there - Holly Cole, the Rheostatics, 54:40 and Lisa Lougheed made some noise; noise which was otherwise non-existent outside of the building at the time. Who cares though, cause the CMVAs were picking up some major steam. Oh, and Ed the Sock was there too - but he was naked.
